I would definitely agree with that. Everyday I come home with the urge to stuff my face with the immense goodies, but the thought of another kg gained, another couple of inches lost in the jumps… it’s quite a hard battle.

Did you know that in France, the most important time in their day is eating? They get off a whole couple of hours to sit and properly eat between work! I wish we would be able to do that… 🙂

Seeeeee, even religion advocates eating and food! Of course, this is definitely true, because I always down soup or coffee when I’m feeling blue or nervous, like right before a test.
